WONDERFUL CALL WE RECEIVED FOR A CONFERENCE ::
“We’re having an annual convention in Miami Downtown Brickell and we don’t want to have to travel with our projectors and AV equipment. Can you help us, so we don’t have to bother with this?” It was a true pleasure, one of the event organizers told AV OUTSOURCE.
Again, the business convention was held in the luxurious JW Marriott Downtown. The rooms were :: Salon ABC, D, E, Hong Kong, Buenos Aires, New York, Madrid and London #1 & 2, amazing meeting rooms for meetings, conventions and seminars. (break out rooms)
TECHNICAL EVENT NOTES ::
A fast fold 9’ x 12’ with black velour drape was provided. We also provided a 7.5’ X 10’ large screen.
The large screens were used in the larger conference rooms. We also provided professional Bose sound towers and digital mixers for crisp clear sound clarity.

The wireless lavalieres and hand held encrypted wireless microphones provide by AV OUTSOURCE for this event had encryption to protect the privacy of the content discussed during the seminar / convention.
A confidence monitor was also provided in front of the stage area in Salon D, to make it easy for the speaker to follow their powerpoint content.
Four breakout rooms were used for this conference.
The conference lasted a total of four days and each with medium sized screens with black dress skirts and high powered HD projectors for maximum resolution to comfortably show excel spreadsheets that made it easy to read.
Laptop PC computers with “Microsoft Office” was provided with power point clickers (with laser pointers) in the large Salon Meeting Rooms.
Set up was done on Sunday in Miami Brickell with “Audio Visual Rental Services” at JW Marriott prior to the Monday start of event for “peace of mind”.
All rooms and equipment was “tested with the event organizers”, this made them very comfortable and happy!
