“Just a projection screen, is what we need to rent” they asked AV Outsource a week ago, no problem, we can do that!
This morning at 7 AM sharp, our AV technician delivered and set-up a 6′ X 8′ (1.8 X 2.4 meters) projection screen with a black skirt for a business meeting, at the Miami Court Yard Coconut Grove Hotel, the client brought their own computer projector and we assisted with all the power cables and extensions.

In the meeting room they had round tables set-up, they needed a large screen so everyone can view the presentation comfortably, so we advised on a large screen that matched the ceiling height of the meeting room. The Sapphire A meeting room is located on the 20th floor, overlooking Coconut Grove Bay.
