THE EVENT AT FAIRCHILD TROPICAL BOTANIC GARDEN ::

The event reached its peak when the young amazing female star from Cottonwood Heights, Utah Lexi Walker performed!

(A very talented piano player performed as well entertaining all guests at the luxurious dinner celebration.)

TECHNICAL AV EVENT NOTES ::

The event set up took place “6 hours in advance” to allow sufficient time for sound check by all musicians.

AV EQUIPMENT FOR THE EVENT ::

More than “5” wireless handheld microphones and a few cabled microphones as well were provided for this event. An “outdoor welcome reception music area” played soft music from a digital player that the client provided with their favorite happy tunes.

A 5k lumen projector was provided to make the images clear and crisp for easy viewing considering the room had colored at uplighting.

The rental sound used was a twin tower Bose Professional Audio System with a cylinder design to avoid having “bulky” sound gear in the room. All technicians knew last minute sound adjustments must be made, and we accommodated immediately as the sound check and musicians arrived.
