AV NEWS :: The new Facebook office in Miami Brickell rented a 70″ TV monitor, Bose professional sound system and a hand held wireless professional microphone for a business workshop from AV Outsource, a Miami local audio visual rental company.

“we need to rent a very large TV for our online marketing workshop on Friday morning, very large, ohhhh, we would also love to have a sound system and a microphone to use” said a Facebook Executive from the new Miami office.
“We need the TV to be very large, we expect 60 – 80 people to attend this workshop and we want everyone to easily enjoy the presentaiton” said the Facebook Executive.

The early Friday morning meeting / workshop at the Facebook Brickell office was a huge success, attracting young business professionals to the social media workshop hosted by Facebook executives who traveled specially to speak to the local business professionals.
“This workshop is inspiring, and I have learned so much on how to market to my local hispanic market using Facebook, I never knew it was that easy to target a specific market within hispanics with such a success rate” said a young marketing company owner in attendance, “everyone in Miami who wants to increase their sales and brand awareness should attend this workshop” he repeated enthusiastically.
TECHNICAL EVENT NOTES:
To determine the correct TV for this event, Miami based AV Outsource asked a few questions and advised on a 70” LED monitor, since the Facebook offices are in an office building with high glare entering from large windows, the LED TV will have no viewing glare, vs using plasma.
(a projector and screen was not an option for this workshop, again due to the big windows and natural ambient light)
For the sound, we provided a Bose professional sound system to provide crisp clear sound, so they can play music to set the creative mood before the workshop started.
The Bose sound system was a perfect match to play the clear sound coming from the computer’s slide presentations.
Since the Bose sound system provided has a minimal slim design, this detail helped maintain a creative atmosphere in the Facebook office space because no distractions was caused by using bulky speakers / sound monitors.
