SCREEN SIZES ::

The inflatable screens come in different sizes and of course it depends on your audience size you expect to attend. Sizes varies from 6 Feet all the way to 20 feet and the outer border making it event bigger and impressive to enjoy.

HOW THE SCREENS WORK ::

The screen is basically a giant “inflatable ballon“! Yes, it has a small air generator that is constantly pushing air inside the screen boarder and it does make a slight noise, but with a nice sound system you will not even notice. (you will need power to run the screen air as well as sound and projection!)

WHAT YOU WILL NEED? ::

What do you need to make all this work? Easy = the screen, projector sound (depending on audience size) a power source and our professional technical assistance to set it all up.

THE MOTIVATION ::

We are motivated after using Grant’s 10 X everything formal.

For example :: we will increase our social media marketing campaign by 10 X, that will be 360 new informative and cross promoting our partner posts per year!

Our event sales team is now focused on increasing our hotel partners by 10. 10 sounds like a big number because we have to manage quality of service, but once you have it written down and a plan to execute is diagrammed, “the impossible now seems very easily possible!”

AV TECHNICAL EVENT NOTES ::

Two large screens were provided because the room was wide, and the client wanted easy viewing of the content. Controlled lighting allowed the high resolution projectors to showcase excel spreadsheets as well as videos of upcoming marketing campaigns.

Two Bose Sound System Towers were used to fill up the room with crisp sound as well as a few wireless Shure professional microphone systems.

Rental computers were provided to run power point slides and HDMI splitters. A confidence monitor was also hooked up for “peace of mind”.

Wages and Compensation ::

You will be paid at the completion of each event, same day payment made unless mentioned prior to contracting of part-time technician. “End of event” is when all equipment used is returned “in the same as received condition” successfully to warehouse and / or event is executed / completed according to contract made on per event basis.

$14.50 – $34.50 per hour based on experience (we will happily train all those eager to learn)

Part-time hours includes 8 AM – 6 PM flexible hours during weekdays, weekend and after hour rates including overtime rates will always be paid upon prior consent.

The Dress code ::

Dress code is comfortable, sneakers, clean AV Outsource dress shirts will be provided. When working at a luxury hotel we will provide formal shirts to be worn during event hours.

A well known “US Production Company” contracts us, AV OUTSOURCE to be responsible for the lighting and execution of the Miami official introduction of the limited edition glow in the dark Hennessy bottle designed by New York Artist Ryan McGinness.

The official launch of the Glow-in-the-dark Hennessy bottle (#heartofthechase) in Miami took place at the popular up scale Blue Martini in Brickell.

The Hennessy lovely promotion girls were on site to give guests as they entered glow in the dark stamps that matched the colors of the new designed bottle.

“This is fun, and the colors look so cool, I wanted to see the bottle in person” said a guest when they found out about the glow in the dark bottle on a friends twitter account.

TECHNICAL EVENT NOTES ::

To create the blacklight affect to enhance the bottle in photos, we used “2” 400W Wildfire Long-Throw 400W Professional Ultraviolet Lighting Fixtures, positioned on pipe and base with sandbags for safety and support.

A spot light with a black light film was provided to create a circle for pictures while painting the glow in the dark theme. In the back of the step and repeat banner, we placed black professional UV up-lights that caused the banner to glow.

Onsite technicians remained onsite during the entire event to ensure the lighting was “perfect” for each photo opportunity, specially when the celebrities and guests interacted with the models.

After all was set-up and tested, the AV Outsource crew had a minute to play – lighting assistant Enrique and Mr. Alujes The Technical Event Manager pose for a photo to test the glow in the dark lights.

Our team at AV Outsource was so happy that one of the largest Aerospace supply and defense manufacturing company in the world outsourced their audio visual rentals with us, w really all worked hard for this moment.

Why didi they call AV Outsource? The reason? “To remain focused on their core business, decrease costs and to be efficient.”

WONDERFUL CALL WE RECEIVED FOR A CONFERENCE ::

“We’re having an annual convention in Miami Downtown Brickell and we don’t want to have to travel with our projectors and AV equipment. Can you help us, so we don’t have to bother with this?” It was a true pleasure, one of the event organizers told AV OUTSOURCE.

Again, the business convention was held in the luxurious JW Marriott Downtown. The rooms were :: Salon ABC, D, E, Hong Kong, Buenos Aires, New York, Madrid and London #1 & 2, amazing meeting rooms for meetings, conventions and seminars. (break out rooms)

TECHNICAL EVENT NOTES ::

A fast fold 9’ x 12’ with black velour drape was provided. We also provided a 7.5’ X 10’ large screen.

The large screens were used in the larger conference rooms. We also provided professional Bose sound towers and digital mixers for crisp clear sound clarity.

The wireless lavalieres and hand held encrypted wireless microphones provide by AV OUTSOURCE for this event had encryption to protect the privacy of the content discussed during the seminar / convention.

A confidence monitor was also provided in front of the stage area in Salon D, to make it easy for the speaker to follow their powerpoint content.

Four breakout rooms were used for this conference.

The conference lasted a total of four days and each with medium sized screens with black dress skirts and high powered HD projectors for maximum resolution to comfortably show excel spreadsheets that made it easy to read.

Laptop PC computers with “Microsoft Office” was provided with power point clickers (with laser pointers) in the large Salon Meeting Rooms.

Set up was done on Sunday in Miami Brickell with “Audio Visual Rental Services” at JW Marriott prior to the Monday start of event for “peace of mind”.

All rooms and equipment was “tested with the event organizers”, this made them very comfortable and happy!
